What is Unintentional Fentanyl Use?

Screening includes meeting with a research associate and answering questions about yourself and your experiences. Most will find out if they're eligible to enroll in the study during the screening visit. 

If you are eligible and choose to participate, you will be asked to come into our office about 6 times over 16 months. 

Study visits will include meetings with a research associate, answering survey questions, having urine and hair samples taken, receiving harm reduction supplies, and participating in counseling or placebo sessions. The visits will occur at our office at Market St. and Van Ness in San Francisco.

Yes! Your time and contribution are of tremendous value to public health research. If you are eligible, you can earn up to $550 for completing all study activities and procedures.
